The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the release of Request for Proposals for Construction of Indoor Cricket Training Facilities in Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland Sikkim and Annual Maintenance.
BCCI invites bids from reputed entities for providing construction services of Indoor Cricket Training Facilities in Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland Sikkim and annual maintenance, through a tender process.
Detailed terms and conditions governing the bidding process including eligibility requirements, bid submission process, rights and obligations, etc. in the “Request for Proposals” (“RFP”) which will be available upon receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee INR 2,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Lakhs only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. Procedures for obtaining RFP documents are registered Appendix A in this notice. The RFP will be available for purchase until January 8, 2023.
Interested parties are requested to email the details of the payment made for the purchase of the RFP to rfp.ne23@bcci.tv, according to the procedure set out in Annex A. It is clarified that the RFP documents are to be shared only upon confirmation. in payment of the non-refundable RFP fee.
Any interested party wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the RFP. However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in the RFP and are subject to the other terms and conditions set forth therein, will be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFP does not entitle anyone to a bid.
BCCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage in any manner without assigning any reason.
