Marvel Reveals Best Look at Tom Holland’s Latest Spider-Man Suit (Photos) | Popgen Tech
Exactly one year later Spider-Man: No Way Home began debuting in theaters, MCU fans are now being treated to the best look at the final Spidey suit donned by Tom Holland’s hero at the end of the threequel.
Spider-Man: No Way Home became the biggest MCU movie of Phase 4 in December 2021, breaking box office records and the Multiverse. Along with over half a dozen exciting heroes and villains from different dimensions, Tom Holland’s hero also gets a chance to don some exciting new suits as his journey continues.
Possibly the most exciting suit comes in the final scene of the film after the world has forgotten about Peter Parker’s existence, as he returns to his roots and designs a new suit to use as a web-slinger.
And while that suit remained mostly hidden in the snow and shadows in that final scene, fans now have their best look at it through a new collectible item.
New Spider-Man Suit on Full Display
Hot Toys has released images of a new figurine that pays homage to Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man: No Way Homegiving the clearest look to date at Tom Holland’s “New Red & Blue Suit” from the film’s final scene.
“The final seconds of Spider-Man: No Way Home show Tom Holland’s Peter Parker embracing his new life of anonymity, moving into his own apartment and putting together a homemade Spider-Man suit. The webslinger then picking up call signals and swinging through snowy nights to help those in need.”
The clean design of this suit includes a mask very similar to the one worn by Peter in all of his Stark-tech suits from his six MCU appearances.
The suit itself features a bright blue and red color scheme, complete with a larger Spider-logo on the front reminiscent of the comics.
Fans take a closer look at the new Spider-logo as Holland’s hero strips down, revealing his sleek hair and determined eyes as he gazes out over a dark snowy New York City:
“The Deluxe Version exclusively includes a superb diorama base inspired by a winter rooftop corner in New York City, where he overlooks the cityscape.”
Swinging one of his webs, the blue on Holland’s new suit shimmers beautifully in the light while the webbing is highlighted on the red boots, body, and mask:
Holland’s hero holds his mask in his right hand in another image as he watches over the Big Apple, with the Spider-logo on his chest more visible here than in any previous images of this suit:
The figure comes with a wide range of fantastic accessories, including tons of interchangeable hands for all of Spidey’s web-shooting needs:
“The highly accurate figure features a newly developed head sculpt of Peter Parker with separate rolling eyeballs, a masked head sculpt with multiple pairs of interchangeable Spider-Man eye pieces to create multiple expressions of Spider-Man; a finely tailored red, metallic blue suit with black accents and web pattern; an array of fantastic accessories including a Spider-Man mask and various spider-web shooting effect parts.”
Spider-Man’s Legacy Continues with Epic New Suit
After years of working on his own homemade suits and using Tony Stark’s technology, Spider-Man: No Way Home Tom Holland is given the most iconic version of his Spidey suit to date.
Taking the bold color scheme from Andrew Garfield and a Spider-logo most similar to Tobey Maguire’s, Holland combines the past with his own designs in the present to give himself a new look after-No Way Home. Especially considering that Holland’s hero is the only one who remembers the truth about what happened in that last story, this new suit serves to help him pay homage to his fellow Spider-Man and the epic battle they shared.
The big question now is when and where fans will actually see this suit in action in a future MCU movie.
Some expect that to happen in the near future Spider-Man 4, which could be in theaters as soon as 2024 as Holland’s web-slinger heads off to college and rebuilds his reputation as Spider-Man. On the team-up front, he should also be on the callsheet for the 2025’s Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and 2026’s Avengers: Secret Warsjoining forces with all sorts of heroes from across the Multiverse just as he did in his last solo adventure.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is now streaming on Starz and available for purchase digitally and via Blu-ray.
