New Women’s Clothing Stores Opening at Coconut Point in Estero – | Popgen Tech

It’s time for holiday shoppers. So the Coconut Point Mall in Estero has an assortment of clothing stores and a new fast food restaurant.

“Traffic has been strong throughout the holiday season and we are excited that our shoppers can find the best brands and selection,” Walt Romaniw, general manager of Coconut Point, wrote in an email.

Jean-Pierre Cliff, named after its French founder and eponymous womenswear and handbag designer, has opened and has walls lined with handbags and leather purses priced around $250. All clothing has a UV protection factor of 50+, blocking 98% of the sun’s UV rays.

“[Klifa] believes in simplicity, but also with lots of color,” said store manager Victoria Wang. It’s one of 10 stores nationwide, with a cluster of them elsewhere in Southwest Florida, including one off Fifth Avenue South in Naples. “When you come in, what do you expect? Lots of color. It’s always light here.” Johnny's was opened at Coconut Point in Estero

This colorful trend continues at Jonny Was, a luxury womenswear brand founded in 1987 as a wholesale manufacturer in Los Angeles. The company began franchising nine retail floors, including one that opened in Coconut Point. The brand is also available in approximately 70 boutiques nationwide.

Kimonos, shirts and dresses adorn the racks and walls at Jonny Was, run by Iris Heyboer. Prices from 250 to 500 dollars.

“It’s bohemian clothing,” Heyboer said. “But we have been working for 35 years. We are known for embroidery and rich fabrics. Everything is so rich.”

Southern Tide, a subsidiary brand with the same ownership group as Tommy Bahama, also just opened a luxury casual wear retail store.

Women’s clothing boutique Subtle & Chic began as an online-only e-commerce store before branching out to its first brick-and-mortar store in Coconut Point.

Art 4 Wear offers women’s clothing with a twist, as all of the clothing designs were created by Cape Coral artist Yvonne Christman. She makes custom windbreakers, dresses, shirts, accessories and more.

G’s Bridal specializes in bridal wear and recently opened a new store in Coconut Point.

RealtyQuest, an online real estate firm, has expanded through Coconut Point’s in-person placement.

So did Nautical Bowls, a fast-food franchise based in Minnesota that specializes in acai and other fruit and granola. It’s at 23050 Via Villagio, Room 115, in Coconut Point.
