GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP — Stockton University student Kali Vota didn’t want the year to end without helping the Atlantic City Rescue Mission for a second time.

This month, Votto, who is studying social work at Stockton, donated 112 bags of clothing to help the Rescue Mission provide for people until 2023.

This round adds to the 230 aid packages Votto gave to the Rescue Mission as part of the project in March.

“It is very important to help others in need as much as possible because we are all human beings who deserve to have their needs met,” Votto said.

Each of Votto’s 112 bags carried jackets, hats, gloves, shoes and other clothing items to the Bacharach Boulevard facility.
