The latest update to the South Hackensack industrial property brings the 57,225-square-foot building to full occupancy.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Inc. announced on December 20 that it has re-signed I-FE Apparel Inc. for 36,165 square feet of space at 10/12 Horizon Blvd. in South Hackensack.

Vice President of Leasing and Marketing Stephen Jennings represented Alfred Sanzari in the deal, which the firm said marks the continuation of a 19-year relationship with the tenant.

Founded in 1994, the company operates under the clothing and apparel brands PJ Mark and Bleeker & Mercer.

The one-story building is less than one mile from the Teterboro Airport and just over 15 miles from Port Newark, making it in the heart of the Meadowlands with easy access to the NJ Turnpike, Routes 3 and 46 and the Interstate. 80.
