Ukraine, the USA, Europe have already defeated Russia in their minds | Popgen Tech

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine said this during a speech to the US Congress in Washington on Wednesday, reports Ukrinform’s own correspondent.

“Our first joint victory – we defeated Russia in the battle for the minds of the world!” emphasized the head of the Ukrainian state.

He noted that this victory gave the Ukrainians courage that inspires the world. It allowed Americans to unite the world community in the protection of freedom and international law. Europeans have also won in this area, and because of that Europe is now stronger and more independent than ever.

“The Russian tyranny has lost control over us and it will never again influence our thoughts,” Zelensky emphasized.

He also expressed his belief that the countries of the Global South should also achieve such a victory.

“Russians will stand a chance of being free only when they defeat the Kremlin in their minds,” the president of Ukraine noted.

Still, he stressed that the fight continues and that the Kremlin must be defeated on the battlefield.

“This fight is not only for the territory, for this or any other part of Europe. The fight is not only for the life, freedom and security of Ukrainians or any other nation that Russia seeks to conquer. This fight will define in which world our children and grandchildren will live, and then their children and grandchildren,” the head of the Ukrainian state stressed.

As reported by Ukrinform, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, arrived in the US on an official visit on Wednesday.
